This past week was short and sweet – as hard as it is to go back to work after a nice long weekend, it’s always nice to know that Friday is just around the corner. On Saturday afternoon, Matt and I took a trip down memory lane and went to the open house at Opeongo High School. It’s hard to believe how long ago I was a student there – while I teased Matt that he must feel like he graduated just a couple of years ago, LOL. On Monday my mom and I spent the morning visiting my aunt and cousin (who treated us to a lovely tea with sandwiches and scones!) in Golden Lake and I spent the afternoon at my brother’s house where we rearranged his living room furniture (anyone else love doing this??). The rest of the week was low key aside from seeing Deadpool 2 – which was so good, obviously – and rearranging some of our own furniture to make room for our new sofa. I hope you all had a lovely week and enjoy the weekend ahead. Even the rain won’t stop me from enjoying a radler or two…
When you go to the outdoors store and the only thing you buy is a bag of candy…
The cutest bag and an NYC themed scarf (that I strategically folded to show the slice of pizza!)
The perfect summer sweater for when you realize you have way too much black and grey in your wardrobe
New sofa means no more puppy cuddles… for now…
Still enjoying these peonies I picked up from The Flower Factory in Renfrew last week – so fragrant and beautiful!!
